The Hondata s300 System is a plug in module to the factory Honda Engine Computer (ECU) which vastly expands the capabilities of the factory ECU. It allows real time tuning of Forced induction and All Motor Applications, datalogging, and engine protection functions are but a few of the Hondata s300 System features. The S300 can be updated while the car is running, and does not require the EPROM programmer to make changes, unlike the Hondata S100 and S200 chips.
The Hondata K-Series Programmable ECU (Hondata K-Pro) consists of a hardware modification to any K-Series ECU, plus Windows software which allows you to re-program the ECU and datalog sensors.
The Hondata FlashPro allows full user tuning and datalogging of late model performance 2006+ Civic Si and 2006 + US S2000. It includes Windows based software called FlashProManager.
The FlashPro connects from your laptop's USB port to your vehicles diagnostic port to provide 90 second programming with a variety of calibrations with extensive real time and stored datalogging capabilities.
Hondata have developed a special high temperature insulating gasket which replaces the stock intake gasket. This and bypassing several heat sources significantly reduces the transfer of heat from the head to the intake and incoming air giving you up to 5% more power. Turbocharged cars often use an aluminum intercooler to cool the air compressed by the turbo. The intake manifold is also made of aluminum but because it is heated by the head from combustion and coolant, works in reverse to an intercooler by heating the intake air by as much as 50 deg C.
Traction Control for your s300, KPro or FlashPro. Hondata Traction Control works by monitoring the ABS wheel speed sensors and reducing engine output when excessive wheel-spin is detected. A dash mountable switch allows the selection of different target slip rates, and software allows the system to be tuned for your specific vehicle setup.
Available now, for the s300 and K-Pro, the Hondata normally closed boost control solenoid is designed for use in high boost applications, but also works well in low boost applications. It is normally closed so that if there is a failure you will run off the wastegate spring instead of over boosting.
The Coil Pack Retrofit allows you to use individual coil pack (coil on plug) with your S300, replacing the stock igniter, coil, rotor and spark plug leads. The advantage of this is more spark energy, less electrical interference and increased reliability.
Available now, the Hondata 4 Bar map sensor is a direct replacement for B, D, H, F, K and R series engines - pretty much all passenger Honda cars made since 1992.
